5 years...

I'm pretty sure this starts out the same every year but I still cannot believe its been 5 years now :(
I still have your number locked in my phone and from time to time I start thinkin' I could give it a buzz and you would pick up. I miss your atmosphere and the knowledge you would drop on my friends and I when you would come to town. I feel like right before you passed we started to really connect on a more mature "adult" level.
I've been on the music heavy and taking it more serious than ever. I wish we could collaborate and bridge the 20 year gap of influence to make something beautiful.
I still have your videos and photographs to remind me of who you were.
If you were still around there would probably be no Jade Koth ..and I wouldnt mind that 1 bit.
At times I lose focus but its not long before you bring me back to reality.
I love you and I miss you Always.

a show from a sweet girls really hot garage in Ocala

After one venue failed at hosting the scheduled show, The City of Ocala and a very sweet girl with a cool family allowed Myself, The Dead Fly Radio and 3 touring hardcore bands into their home and allowed us to preform in their garage.
It's not what I expected playing "a house show" but it was a very dope sporadic experience.
The garage itself was 400 degrees and most of the audience left do to the heat (or us, who knows?) but overall it was a wonderful experience getting back in touch with my hardcore roots and playing in Ocala for the first time in 8 years.
we also did some networking with some new faces.
I enjoy going to a place where we have never played and catching such a genuine authentic vibe, good or bad.. it doesnt get more honest then total strangers.
I can't wait to come back to Ocala and play again.

if you're in the Central Florida Area and need some killer shots both promo/live get at my homegirl Miranda Eliot, good prices and even greater work.

Lake City

Lake City was a fun time. Myself, Breanda, Mike and Kush Grams all got a hotel in LC and partied good.
It was a bit odd performing without Pat Real but he was there in spirit for sure.
Thank you for the love and the good times, Lake City!
We'll see you when we come back in July <3

Thanks to Nora Houston from Lake City for sending us these shots (4.18.15)

May 2015 updating!

A lot of wonderful stuff has been working out well and it's only getting better.
I've been doing a bit of "Soul Searching" but in a very pure and interactive way, which is a bit unorthodox compared to my usual form on "opening up the mind". It's quite cleasing and a cool change of pace.
Things have been moving with a sense of Mellow Hype, It's nice that way.
Everybody is playing such a vital piece in whats going on. It's nice to have a healthy team of good genuine friends to enjoy this ride.

My boy KV$HGRVM$ dropped his latest BeatTape Entitled "The Beat Tape Vol. 1
Its defintely a smooth listen and good to cypher over. Go check it out NOW!

Rest in Peace, Eric Christian

A few days after playing at Nobbys in St. Augustine, FL we lost a very good guy.
Our buddy Eric passed away unexpectedly and everybody is very sad about this.
Anybody that knew Eric knows he would have found a way to make us smile during all this.
It's still kind of surreal, but its beautiful how many peoples lives you touched and how many people have come together since your passing.
I miss you more and more everyday and I'm glad we got to make the memories we got to make.
I'll never forget the times. Rest Easy, "Baby Boy" and help either the Rangers or The Lightning Win the damn Stanley Cup.
All the positive energy goes to his Mother, Brother and the rest of The Christian Family.
Everybody loves you.

The next few months.. and everything before that!

I'm very excited for the next few months.
I've been grinding hard to make positive changes both professionally and personally.
Things will begin blossoming soon, I can feel it.
In the meantime I've been putting in a lot of hard work and the progression is showing. I can feel myself evolving and things will only get tighter and more fluent from here.

On Friday (3/13) I will be playing my first gig in St. Augustine at Nobby's w/ The Dead Fly Radio and Saturday (3/14) locally at the Liquid Lagoon in Crystal River with The Dead Fly Radio and central Florida Pop Punk Heavies, Oh Captain My Captain. It's been a loooooong time since myself and the OCMC guys have shared a bill. I'm really looking forward to an exciting evening both nights.

Also April 17th and 18th I have 2 back to back shows at Hangar 7 in Lake City, FL.
I've never even been to Lake City so thats exciting in itself.
s/o to Stephen Doe and his crew for really helping my team and I get out to that side of Florida.
They really are awesome dudes.

I've really grown to love the life under the lights and playing shows really has always been one my favorite activities. I'm excited it's happening more recently.

I've also been working on my new mixtape "Killing Bugs With Hockey Sticks" which is being produced by Kush Grams. Most of the writing process is almost finish and I'll be heading into Lakehurst Studios with Curtis "Daddy C" Geer to wax it down soon.
I'm stoked to give you guys new music and keep it fresh. There is no "release date" for anything at the moment but I'll keep you posted when I know more

Things are currently really stellar.
I still got mad love and respect for everybody whos helped out along the way.
Keep dancing and continue to love each other.

A Celebration of Life for our friend, Derick Garrett

Saturday night was very fun.
I had fun huggin', high-fivin' and catchin' up with a lot of wonderful people I haven't seen in a long time.
There was a bit of bullshit throughout the evening
but thats what happens when you party hard in a town of idiots.
For the most part it was a pleasant evening..
I know Derick would have approved the turnout.
Rest Easy, I miss you.

Your Friend,
Randy
